This page exists to explain how the decision is made, not to advertise a catalogue. Residential cleaning is the service running today; everything else is deliberately out until it meets five conditions.

Two previous clients you can call, with a name and a number, who agreed to be called.
A checklist you can verify
What is done and what is not, on one page, checkable when the work ends.
A written price
A clear pricing rule, not an "it depends" settled at the door.
Stated capacity
How many jobs a week can be taken without failing. Without that, the service does not open.
There is no "coming soon" list with categories, and that is deliberate: naming a trade creates the expectation of a service that cannot be delivered yet.
If you want to ask about something specific
Write and we will tell you plainly whether it can be done today or not. If it is something a vetted person can already deliver, you get its scope and price; if not, we say so, and it gets noted for when it can.
